Victoria, also known as Tory, created Property Assist after being immersed in the property industry since 2002.   Beginning her career with Kings Oak (part of the Barratt Group), before moving into leasehold management in 2011. 

 

Over the years, Victoria has successfully managed portfolios across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Greater London and Middlesex, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced by contractors, trades and property professionals alike.

Having worked closely with a vast array of contractors and tradespeople, Victoria recognises the intense pressure that admin and daily operations can place on skilled professionals.  That insight grew even stronger during her time as Operations Manager for a Facilities Management Company.
